In true holiday spirit, on December 8th, Kathleen McCown and Renee Howard attended a reception at The Legacy at Willow Bend, hosted by The Legacy Knit & Crochet Club. This year marks the club’s 15th anniversary of knitting, crocheting, and giving generously to the community. We are honored and excited to be among the recipients of their thoughtful gifts.
The Knit & Crochet Club donated over 460 items to St. Katharine Drexel Community Closet. We are so delighted to share these beautifully crafted and unique items with our neighbors and friends, who are equally thrilled to receive them. Our Baby Layette sets are now more complete, and our Holiday Joy gift bags for children are filled with cheer. Each hand-crafted, one-of-a-kind hat and scarf will bring warm comfort and joy to many children and adults in our N.E. Dallas and Vickery Meadows Community this winter.
